We are so sad to hear the order did not work this time! We will accept returns or exchanges up to 21 days after your shipping date granted the following conditions can be met:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed.
- The return includes original packaging, tags, removable bra pads and the condition of the items are new.
- No odor, deodorant, excessive wrinkling or human/pet hair is visible.
- The Item you wish to return is not an accessory. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on accessories and they will be final sale.
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and exchange items to be shipped (where requested). Exchanges cannot be guaranteed as inventory is limited.
At this time we are not able to offer free returns/exchanges and original shipping fees will not be refunded when requesting a refund.
Items can be denied for return if they do not satisfy Rype’s standards. The consumer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
